////Begin transmission

Mon Oct 26, 2009, 6:56 PM
Well I figured enough has happened to make an update justifiable. For starters as some of you may know I was finally able to get a job a few weeks ago. It’s not too bad; I get paid $8 an hour to deal with people. I’ve learned that while most people are decently smart there are a select few who possess an unimaginable level of stupidity that can only be achieved through either massive trauma to the brain or a strict regimen of drugs. For example the other day I was working register I had to ring a lady through. At first it went well and I was able to give her change thinking it was all over. She suddenly decided to change the amount she wanted to pay with after I gave her change back and had shut the register. I briefly explained to her that I would have to grab a manager since I could not open the register unless a purchase was made. She instantly countered by yelling “You don’t know how to do math.” I was a bit taken back and not sure if I had heard her correctly so I replied with a simple “Excuse me?” “You don’t know how to do math.” She stubbornly yelled again. She then decided for the next ten minutes to respond to anything I said with “You don’t know how to do math.” Finally my manager stepped in and ended the dispute. Onto the next subject, I hate my art class with a passion. The teacher is not very bright and loves to say things like “It’s not about the final product.” Really? If it wasn’t about the final product then why am I F$%king here? I feel like I am not learning a thing and that it might actually be hurting me more than it is helping me. On a little lighter note I saw zombieland last night and I have to say it was really good. One of my favorite parts about the movie was that it had these rules come up on screen that would act like part of the environment. Definitely goes on my must buy list along with district 9. Lastly I think I’ll share some little things on the internet that have made my day before.

Hi my names Greyelite, but I prefer to go simply by Grey. I’m currently 18 years old and a student at my local community college. I get to drive an old clunker that has lovingly been given the nickname “tank” even if driving it feels more like driving a warthog from the halo series. I’m interested in the field of liberal arts, more specifically photography, photojournalism, and graphic design. I like to write stories when time permits and also do other things like gaming, drawing, reading, watching movies, and hanging out with friends. I also like to do some urban exploration in the tunnels, storm drains, and other various places that you are technically not supposed to go near where I live. I am a very big fan of the alien series, as is shown by some of the things I have drawn and written in my gallery.

It looks fairly neat. I think that the photographer they have representing Arizona isn’t really representing Arizona as a whole though. It seems to me that he’s only representing a small segment, mainly phoenix.

i guess he hasn't had any occasion to travel around the state, odd, considering he's a photographer.
